In order to improve reliability, we use two different web servers, located at different countries. If you cannot reach one of them, or if it is slow for you, you can use the other. Both have the same contents. The same applies to the e-mail adresses we use, at different servers. If you send us an e-mail and it returns, or you don't get an answer, please use other e-mail. We always answer the serious questions we receive, usually in no more than 24 hours. If you do not receive a reply from us, please inform a different e-mail for our answer, because your internet service may have deleted it. If you are a HotMail, MSN, Yahoo or NetZero user, look for our reply inside your junk mail folder too, or add our email to your trusted contacts list.
